Our neighborhood is forming a special cohort to experience a journey through 12 custom workshops that include yoga, breathwork and meditation to crystalize your awareness and power down the monkey mind. Each week, we’ll move through asana practice and seated meditations that build on the last, use the context of real life to notice what throws us off, and learn to begin again. Build habits of attention and physical strength that help you stay connected in stepping off the mat and in the world. Uplevel your personal care and free up energy as the seasons change! You’ll emerge feeling both energized and grounded.

Optional 1:1 sessions are available (and encouraged by reduced rates) so you can explore the specific crossroads you’re facing and chart a path forward from here.

Wait…Is this really FREE?

Yes! Inge Hus is sponsoring all 12 sessions, so they’re completely free of charge.

Am I the target audience?

Yes! If you’re an adult reading this, interested in doing something for yourself this fall and willing to join a group of up to 10 like minded people, you’re the type. If you have specific concerns, please send an email and we’ll talk through them.

I will be away one (three) of the weeks. Will that work?

Missing a week can be easily managed. If you’re interested, but traveling more than that, let me know so we can include you in future programs or if the dates shift.

I love yoga (meditation) but I hate meditation (yoga). Can I join a la carte?

No, silly rabbit! The intention here is to support your overall sense of self, so we’ll be calling on our heads, hearts and bodies in equal measure. You may end up turning towards the intelligence center you habitually use least!
